A gradual build-up of Russian military on the North-East, East and South borders with Ukraine began at the beginning of March 2021.
The Ukrainian military consider two possible scenarios for the current Russian military activity:
- A demonstration of force as a warning to Ukraine not to try to liberate the occupied territories by force.

The Dayton Peace Accords is commonly perceived as an American political project. The partition of Bosnia is interpreted as a concept that emerged for the first time during the negotiations in Dayton, and its authorship is ascribed to the American negotiator, Richard Holbrooke. However, the history of Bosnia's partition clearly demonstrates that this concept has persistently been promoted by the European Community, and then by the European Union, from the Lisbon Conference to the present day.

This peace agreement between the State of Israel and the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain was presented by the American and Israeli media as well as the two Arab countries, as the most important of the last decades. But the Middle East observers are facing a difficult test on how to present it and analyse what follows, given that this peace deal was made between countries that are not in a real state of conflict or war.

The map, which was published at the time of the announcement, showed that the agreement was in fact only partial, and lacks key details.
